By purchasing a template or digital product from Cardo Studio, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. License of Use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one website only – either personal or commercial. You may not share, resell, distribute, or transfer the template (or any modified version of it) to others.
 

2. Commercial Use

You are welcome to use the template for a commercial project (such as a business or brand website), but reselling the template itself – even in modified form – is strictly prohibited.


3. Delivery & Access

  • Showit templates: You’ll instantly receive a PDF file with a Share Key and installation instructions after your purchase.
  • Squarespace templates: Templates are transferred manually within 6 hours (usually much faster). To complete the transfer, please make sure you provide the email linked to your Squarespace account at checkout or send it to us at aahh.claire@gmail.com

Please note that you must have an active subscription to Showit or Squarespace (depending on the template you’ve purchased). Subscriptions are sold separately and are not included with your template purchase.

 

4. Demo Images

All images used in the demo version of the template are stock images provided for display purposes only. These images are not licensed for use and must be replaced with your own photography or properly licensed content before publishing your website.

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once your purchase is complete, you gain immediate access to the product, which cannot be returned. Please review all product details before purchasing, and reach out if you have questions – we’re happy to help!

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital product from Cardo Studio, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the product and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. This means that all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
